What is CrossWeave?

CrossWeave is a two-phase word puzzle game. First, solve clues to build your word bank. Then, arrange those words into a valid crossword structure. It's crossword construction meets trivia!

Do I need an internet connection?

Nope! CrossWeave works completely offline. All puzzles are included in the app—no downloads or internet required.

What's the difference between Easy and Hard mode?

In Easy mode, clues are labeled as ACROSS or DOWN, and words are pre-oriented. In Hard mode, you get a mixed list of clues and must decide each word's orientation yourself.

Is my progress saved?

Yes! Your progress is automatically saved on your device. Completed puzzles stay completed.

How do I reset my progress?

You can reset all your data in the app's settings. This will clear all completed puzzles and give you a fresh start.

I'm stuck on a puzzle. Any hints?

In Phase 1, pay attention to the word length shown in parentheses—it helps narrow down answers. In Phase 2, start by placing your longest word, then build around shared letters.
